Ms. Barranca has over 18 years of medical expertise, with a focus on critical care, surgery, and research. She formerly worked as a clinical research nurse on the metabolic unit at the National Institutes of Health and at the George Washington University Hospital as a critical care nurse. She also has post-surgical care experience from Orlando Reginal Medical Center. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and her master's degree from South University with a specialization in Advance Family Nursing Practice. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
